This website is run by Ben Hilton and Edd Green trading as Hilton & Green Landscaping of 37 Field Acre Way, Long Stratton, Norwich NR15 2WE. We are the data controller for the information you give us here.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or book with us we collect your name, contact details and what you tell us about the work you need. Our website partner, My Webby, stores this securely on our behalf so we can reply to you.

Analytics and adverts

We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies. If you accept cookies on the banner, we may also use advertising tags to measure our adverts. You can say no, and the site works the same either way.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and our records, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@hiltonandgreenlandscaping.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
